Tyler Shep is a talented 14-year-old multi-instrumentalist and self-produced songwriter. He creates captivating and mesmerizing music by combining progressive rock harmonies with innovative chord progressions. He is passionate about songwriting, constantly learning about production, and thrives on live performances.

Tyler's musical skills are impressive. He plays 6 and 8 string guitar and 4,6 and fretless bass guitar. He has recently started teaching himself keys, utilizing his perfect pitch, and can get around a drumset. 

Tyler is a homeschooled 8th grader. Besides music, his interests include foreign languages and world geography, and he's passionate about wildlife. He is working on his French fluency and is currently learning Italian.

He draws inspiration from many talented artists, including Tim Henson (Polyphia), Felix Martin, Manuel Gardner Fernandes (Unprocessed), Ichika Nito, Plini, Tosin Abasi (Animals as Leaders), Yvette Young (Covet), Scottie LePage (Polyphia), Rob Scallon, David John Levy (Unprocessed), Charlie Robbins (Syncatto), Mateus Asato, Waxamilion, Marcos Mena (Standards), Aaron Marshall (Intervals), Rabea Massaad, Jason Richardson, BERNTH, Connor Kaminski, David Maxim Micic, and Charles Berthoud.

All of these artists have helped shape Tyler's unique and innovative sound.
